Brief
JLL wanted to showcase Purdown View, a stunning series of student accommodation blocks built to the highest standards of sustainable construction and building management. The film needed to tell the story of the project through the people behind it, while keeping the visuals fresh and engaging throughout.
Delivery
Rather than traditional talking heads, we recorded audio only interviews on site using podcast quality kit, freeing the visuals to roam across the building and grounds while each contributor’s voice carried the narrative. Key individuals were introduced with a clean shot to camera and a motion tracked lower third, giving the film a polished, documentary feel. Drone footage, gimbals and handheld cameras captured the scale and detail of the site, with the final output delivering a hero film and a series of social media edits for JLL’s website and channels.
