Brief
JLL wanted a film to excite staff ahead of their move into 1 Broadgate, one of London’s most prestigious new office developments. With sustainability and circular economy principles at the heart of the project, the film needed to capture not just the building itself but the thinking and values behind it.
Delivery
We set up a backdrop for the interviews so the tight shot had a clean, studio feel, while the wide angle revealed the raw, unfinished floors of 1 Broadgate for dramatic effect. A third camera kept our lighting and kit in frame, giving the film an honest behind the scenes quality. B-roll from around the building and surrounding area showcased the architecture and location, while CGI renders of the finished interior were brought to life using AI, giving viewers a glimpse of what the completed space will look like.
