To create an appealing ‘About Us’ video with the intention of getting potential applicants to apply to work for Carrington West.
We shot this video in one day on site at Carrington West, we took our backdrop with us to use as a background for the interviews.
We went for a ‘behind the scenes’ style for this video to give it a relaxed and causal feel. By pairing this with the crisp, clean interview shots meant that the professional image of the company still comes through.
The main focus of the video was to get people to want to come and work for the company, so the best approach was to let the staff speak for themselves. By including a variety of staff members shows how much everyone loves working for the company.
