This was a really exciting video to work on. Debola outlined what she’d like to achieve and we then pitched the idea of a ‘film within a film’. Debola’s passion for the subject was clear, so we suggested that we focus on her ambition to create a film that highlighted the various positives and negatives surrounding diversity and inclusion at St James – putting Debola both front and centre and behind the camera, asking the questions.
