We were commissioned to produce a short film that highlights the importance of health and safety in the workplace. The story needed to show that when someone is injured at work, the effects extend far beyond the individual, impacting their family’s daily life, wellbeing, and future.
Delivery
We were responsible for managing the entire production end-to-end, covering everything from pre-production meetings and location scouting to casting. With just one day to shoot, detailed storyboards and a tight script ensured filming ran seamlessly.
The chosen property proved ideal, offering ample space for hair, makeup, and wardrobe teams to work simultaneously while we lit and filmed in the kitchen and lounge. A major advantage was the surrounding woodland, which eliminated the need to secure an additional location and filming permits.
After wrapping at the house, we moved to our second location to capture the accident scene. The result is a film with a truly cinematic look, enhanced by an original score commissioned specifically for this project. We’re extremely proud of both the final piece and the important message it conveys.
